+ Can anybody invest with my Bitz platform?

Bitz is designed so that you only allow investors on the site who have passed your KYC (Know Your Customer) process and meet any regulatory approval for your business.

+ I don’t want an exchange yet, can I disable it for now?

No problem, we offer Bitz as a modular system so you can start with Bitz crowdfunding and then when you are ready we can turn on the exchange module. You only pay for the module(s) you are using.

+ How long is the contract?

It's 12 months and then renewable.

+ Regulations

Bitz is designed to underpin your fundraising activities, any regulatory approval will be down to you, the licensee.

+ Support

We will “keep the lights” on for your Bitz instance and will require you to upgrade to the latest version of any software we release. If your investors have any issues, they should contact you in the first instance. If it’s a technical matter, we will investigate and fix or revert depending on the nature of the request.

+ Marketing support

Should you need any assistance with marketing collateral, websites or growth strategies we can provide these services through our parent company, Elemental Concept (https://www.elementalconcept.com/).

+ Money

Bitz can be integrated to your desired accountancy or banking system. This is a customised activity and will be charged separately to any license fees.

+ GDPR

Bitz acts as a Data Processor and our agreements outline our limitations and liabilities.

+ KYC

If you would like to plug Bitz in to a third-party KYC provider we can do this as a customised activity and will be charged separately to any license fees.
